The TailCutter HP is positioned between the Breast Cap Cutter or Front/Back Half Cutter and the leg cutter. It forms a perfect combination with the proven ALPINE anatomic leg processor.
The module automatically separates the tail from the saddle with high precision, ensuring virtually no damage to the tail or thigh meat. This creates optimal conditions for high‑quality anatomical leg processing further downstream.
Virtually no adjustments, even with flock variations
